Having read his autobiography, I think it's a bit of a stretch to say C.S. Lewis was homeschooled. Having read a quote from Winston Churchill about how distant his mother seemed to him, I have to wonder about the homeschooling there, too. Thus, I wonder about the others as well.
I guess it depends on your perspective, and whether you define "homeschooled" as mom working directly with the child, or just not formally schooled.
